Hello all,

I 'm using CREO 1.0 and have a question about managing the Creo model tree. I want to gruop same parts automatically. When i import the model tree at an excel it is too long and same parts at assembly listed one under the other, i waste time for organise the table.
For example; in my model tree there are ten BOLT M10 and i wantted the group them like BOLT M10 x10. IN NX UNIGRAPHICS there is a command to do that. Is there a solition for that?

You can proceed this way:
Open your assembly
In the Model tab select the Bill of Material icon.
BOM is displayed in the embedded browser and a .bom file is created and stored in you current working directory.

You can adjust the bom file format by creating a .fmt file called by the bom_format config option more details in the Creo Help center.
