Anyone know, if you have a maintenance agreement and a licence for Pro/E should you be licenced for Creo 1.0 Parametric?
I got an email from PTC marketing Creo stating that Creo 1.0 was now available for maintenance partners and it now shows up in my account's available downloads section. From the email:
"As a loyal Maintenance Support customer, you are entitled Creo 1.0 which includes all the functionality of your current products PLUS significant new enhancements and technologies."
However, when installed using my existing licence it comes up with the error "Licence file does not support this version."
Anyone been through this yet? Are maintenance partners supposed to be licenced for Creo? Should I contact PTC for an updated licence file, or do I need to pay for Creo?
Thanks
