Creating solid body from separate features

This is the first time I am working with Solid Body" concept..I have a part with certain features but these don't show under "Solid Bodies" in the Feature tree. Now if I want to "merge" these certain features to make a solid body so that I can copy that body elsewhere in the part, how can I do that?

If their are no bodies in the "Solid Bodies" section of the FM then there are no bodies to merge???

Can you post an image (showing the FM & model) or file to look at?
