Creating Hyper-links 2

I have photos filed on a daily basis. I want to create an index of subjects that when a phrase or word is clicked will go to all the photos associated. To link the photos to key words or phrases.

Why not just store them on Flickr and use their search utility?

Adobe has a free product which does this by adding tags;
