Creating broken views

The software will not recognize the revolved section view as being a base view for the broken view. Just what the system tells you when you try to do it.
I also tried a drawing with a top view of a shaft and a section view of the shaft. When I went to do the broken view, it would only allow me to pick the section view, not the top view. Without the section view on the drawing, the top view was selectable.
If you really need this function, you will need to go the internal BBS and ask your question. Then you can get an answer from UG development people who can give you the reasons why it isn't supportted.
