Creating bevel for knife design

Hi all,

I am new to SolidWorks - apology for basic questions

I am trying to design a basic folding knife but I am not sure what is the best way to create the hollow grind bevel on the blade.

I tried the swept-cut methode but when it comes to the curve I just can not get it right.

I saw youtube video but the guy did not make a great detail of what he was doing.

Is sweptcut the best/ recommended method for this?

any suggestions and tips is greatly appreciated.
