Creating a Studio Spline NX8.5.3.3 1

I am trying to create a studio spline and my "OK" and "Apply" buttons stay greyed out.
Can anybody figure out what I am doing wrong here ?

You have chosen "constrain to plane" but have not yet specified a csys.
