Im new to my role and not very good with visual basic. Keen to learn but will take time

Does anyone know or have code where I can run a macro which will create a resource report and save it in the same location as the project plan as .pdf file.

Report requirements
1) PMO Gant view
2) Show tasks < 100%

3)Go through the "Resource" column and produce indivial reports on the Resource. ie if there are two entries than two reports will be created and save in location in .pdf format. Note The header tab will be the name of the Resource TASK eg Server Mgt TASKS
Any sample codes where I could change the variables etc would be great

I hope I'm getting what you are asking for.

First I would like to ask if you have cutePDF writer as print option. If you don't, you need to download it by doing a google search. Make it for primary printer (make none of your projects are open when your doing this).

Second; if you need to save a resource report that shows your resources and their tasks, you need to go to reports, click on reports on the reports menu, select assignments, click on who does what (or any other reports), click print. Your report will be saved as a pdf file.

I know how to create the report manually but require it to be done via a macro

Any ideas anyone ...HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
