Crane Inspection Database Program ?

Hi Folks,
I was wondering if anyone knew of a computor program that I could use to input tech info on several hundred cranes and it would produce an annual crane inspection form customized to each crane with all of the tech specs. i.e. hook throat opening 2.350". Would like to use the similar type of program for a lot of other maintenance items as well.
