Crack tip mesh

Hi! Can someone help me with a basic crack tip mesh (spiderweb mesh)? I can't get it right so I hope someone can send me an input file with an example, please.

Preferable mapped but I don't know if that's possible.

Mapped mesh only need same number of nodes on the opposite sides, try it with more nodes near the tip.
Post a picture of your crack geometry if u can.
