Cp,Cf,Cd design factors in EJMA 10th edition

Hello! Was wondering what the Cp,Cf,Cd factors mean in the EJMA 10th edition. I didn't quite understand the whole "factor used in specific design calculations to relate U-shaped bellows convolution segment behaviour to a simple strip beam" bit very sorry for the basic question. I would highly appreciate an explanation as to what this means and how the 3 are different except in name [bigsmile]
