Cover plate thickness for ASME B16.5/16.47 blind flange

How does one determine the required cover plate thickness at a certain pressure and temperature for an ASME B16.5/16.47 Blind Flange? I know how to do so for an Appendix 2 flange.

See ASME B16.48 for line blanks to NPS 24.

See UG-34 of ASME VIII if flange pertains to pressure vessel.

ASME uses the term blanks where some use other terms such as skillets or blinds.
