Cost of a new tank

Anybody has an idea on the appx. cost of a new 100,000 gal., field erected, API 650 tank be in the Northeast ?

You've got to be kidding? Even if someone answered this question, this is the wrong place to request costs like this. contact one of you local storage tank suppliers. They will be glad to give you a budget price, but be prepared to supply additional information so they can supply a reliable budget price.

A lot will depend on your foundation requirements and your selection of coatings.

Without any other information, I would guess about $2.50 - $3.75 per gallon for a bare tank.

Add about $18.00/sq ft for coatings (inside and out).

Add to this cost of foundation, platforms, secondary containments...etc.

Thanks MJ Cronin, at least I have some idea on cost.
FTank, I was not trying to get a quote, just a ball park figure on the steel tank. The reason is that the existing tank will need an entirely new floor.
