How to calculate cost for producing 1m3 air to 6 bar in a compressor.

Air is free.

Mass can neither be created or destroyed in Newtonian space.

Consequently if you could "produce air in a compressor" it would be free.

If you are asking "what is the cost of compressing ______ cfm of atmospheric air to _________ psi at sea level?" several of us could give you rules of thumb for cost estimating.

I can see from you profile that this is your first post. It will help you become a useful member of eng-tips.com if you will make sure that you ask questions in a way that they can be answered without requiring people to guess or to ask you what the heck you're talking about.

Air compression is not magic, it is simply focusing mechanical forces toward a specific end. All of the arithmetic is very well known and the actual compression of air is quite a mature technology.
