Seeking square foot costs on completed parking facilities in the northeast............

Figure a basic precast concrete garage without frills is in the range of $12,000-15,000 per space.

I've seen $10k - $15k per space for above ground and $15k - $20k for below ground.

do you know the average sf per space?
