Can there be a problem measuring H2S (by ASTM method, draeger tube or gastec tube) in a natural gas stream having COS (carbonyl sulphide) ? Is there any method to measure COS concentration in a gas stream without having interference by H2S?

The ASTM proceedure is chemiluminescence detection. One problem with H2S and COS is they go back and forth with water and a catalyst. Even the sample container will supply the catalyst.

Here is a manufacturer of an off the shelf unit. We had a HP GC a long time ago with the columns and detectors.
