What are the recommended corrosion preventive methods for 9% Nickel steel LNG tanks during filling for and during hydrotest with an anticipated maximum exposure time of 60 days? Do We Have any Corrosion in fresh water in this Test?

I would recommend a corrosion inhibitor if you intend to keep water in the vessels for 60 days. Fresh water means nothing to me other than risk of corrosion - bio, oxygen, chlorides, etc.

We used a film forming, biodegradable, corrosion inhibitor from Cortec.
