Does anyone know who bought out Mepcopal? I know the following legacy Philips Components and their spin-offs:

Phycomp (bought by Yageo) MLCC, SMT Resistor
BC Components (bought by Vishay) Film Caps, trimmers
Ferroxcube (now a division of Yageo) Ferrites
Philips Semiconductor (no changes there)
