Cooling tower - evaluation of drift

Does anybody have experience of how to evaluate drift from induced draft cooling tower for power station (800 MW size). It seem that CTI has a procedure "Isokinetic Drift Measurement Test Code for Water Cooling Tower - ATC-140" can this be used?
