Can someone please tell me where can I find on the net information about Cooling Fluids (specially for ICEs) Manufacturers, where one can get technical data concerning each type of fluid?

If you can talk them out of a copy, DOW Chemical has a great book called "A guide to glycols" that contains text, graphs, and a CD program with more information than you could ever use. I have a copy that has been very useful and I highly recommend it.
