Cooling by dehumidifiying?

I will try to manage and clime a textile factory without cooilng coils or any other chilled systems. To do that it has to happen like this :

%100 outdoor air has to get into any type of adsorbent and then into a adiabatic humidifier.

I need an adsorbent to dry the air on the psychrometric chart not with adiabaticly. Also the wet bulb has to get down.

Is there any kind of sorbents like that?

Unfortunately there is nothing so far. When you add moisture to air the air temperature goes down and when you remove moisture the air temperature increases. In both the processes total enthalpy remains same. More over in dehumidification, temperature of air increases because of heat of regeneration(some heat passes towards process from regeneration side).
