Hi, for a topo survey we are doing, I have to provide DTM and DGN files to my client, however all our drafting has been done in CAD and also is in 2D (all the line work is in "zero" elevation", however the spot elevations have the correct elevations). So, my question is: is any fast way to convert our 2D line work to 3D? It may not be a way other than redo all our drafting to bring the line work to 3D but just wanted to see if you have any other ideas.
