converter from solidworks 3D to CATIA

We have requirement to migrate Solidworks to catia V5/ catia v6-3dx

Source file : solidworks 2016

Target : 3dexperience 2017x or catia v5-R2014- smarteam.

No of 3d files : 3k

No of drawings :1k

Can anyone suggest what software I can use? any possibility in Solidworks to catia V5/ catia v6-3dx
