convert radial dimensions to diametre dimensions in drawings

how can we change the radial dimensions to diametre dimensions in drawing mode.

The old fasion way go to model redifine feature and double click the round.

Change the model, not the drawing. Redefine the feature that has the radius dimension and change it to a diameter dimension. To create a diameter dimension in sketcher, left-click twice on the circle/arc, then middle click to place your dimension.
