CONVERT MODEL SPACE OBJECTS TO PAPERSPACE 1

I have a large amount of text I have to migrate to paperspace. There is a specific ACAD command to do this while maintaining posion and relative scale. I just can't remember the command. Any suggestions?

Or open a viewport in PSpace, locate the text that you want and scale it properly
