Convergence Of Regenerator Column

Hi,

i am developing a conceptual model for gas dehydration using TEG using HYSYS.

The regenerator column for the TEG does not converge. I specify the required information by the column, putting the solver into adaptive mode to enhance convergence, and both condenser& reboiler pressure. The result still remain the same.

can anyone give me information on what i need to do!!! am stuck!!
