Controlling parts location in assembly using relation

Could someone help me to write a program relation in assembly mode to automate the parts in assembly. What I'm trying to do is to prompt me to enter parts location, regenerate, and see the assembly got re-assembled using the prompted dimension.

I'm doing motion study of an assembly.
