Controlling an OV5647 Camera With Custom STM32F410 Evaluation Board

Hi there, I'm working on a project where I need to operate a camera in an outdoor environment, and take a picture every minute, then store image on an SD card. I want to take this opportunity to design my own board for learning and experience. Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but would anyone be willing to offer any guidance or advice?
