Hi all !
This is my first Q on the group. The problem I am facing is working with continuous ultrasonic waves. During medium transition or temperature variation, the pulsed waves gives distinctive echos or shifts of resonant peaks, this however doesn't seem to happen with continuous waves, partly because (my deductions) of too much interference and internal reflections. The problem then arises as to how to differentiate these resonant peak shifts for continuous waves?
I have recently started working on this and so am a little bit unfamilar with the concept. It would be great if anyone can help.
