continuous plot of simulation results in a gui

Hi everyone,
I try to plot current values of a simulation in a gui. I know that I can solve the problem with a user-defined S function. The problem is it doesn't realy work. Perhaps you allready have made a function which could do that and could send me the M-File code and the invoke of the function.
