Containment of superheated titanium tetrachloride

I would be interested from hearing from anyone with experience in containing superheated (900-1000C) titanium tetrachloride (TiCl4) vapour. It appears that the TiCl4 manufacturing process deals with such superheated vapours, however details of the materials employed do not seem to be in the public domain.
