Its a two stage RO in the 3 into 1 configuration. The top vessel is the 2 nd stage and the lower 3 are the first stage.
It has media filtration (the big blue fibreglass vessel) followed by cartridge filters (maybe carbon filters as well) which are the small blue canisters.

Either the pump is oversized or the operating pressures are high which points to high salinity. Its probably not seawater though as the pressure vessels are wrong and 2 stage configurations in seawwater are unusaul in this size.

When you look up ROPV, it looks very much like a reverse osmosis plant to me (RO Pressure Vessel). Normally you need very good filtration u/s the RO bodies to avoid clogging them up.

This looks very much like your equipment

If you look closely at the images, there are labels that indicate the equipment is manufactured in China by

Harbin ROPV

The cartridge filters are 5 micron.
