Good afternoon,
I'm trying to produce a sliding contact between two surfaces but in the contact initial information i have a closed contact with a very low number of number contacting. So it results in a near contact instead of a sliding contact that cannot maintain the contact during the simulation. I'm using a frictional contact with adjust to touch.
Thank you very much

Please post picture of the contact and mesh. First thing is to check that the element size is
about the same on both contact and target surfaces. And that the elements are small enough for
contact detection.
