Hi EveryBody

I am facing some problems due to some doubts, in a metal forming process simulation
(upsetting ) , I used Rigid Dies, and after the simulation and formation of the matal , I wanted to find the stress on the dies in some point, so since the dies were rigid and nothing was calculated on them , I checked the contact pressure vector on the workpeice, using that pressure ( let's say 300MPa at maximum) I assumed that the same Pressure is applied on the dies. so I used it to check the stress on the dies, as a thick cylinder, so obviously the P(rinternal) = contact pressure

but when I re-ran the simulation using the deformable dies, and applied a tool steel material property to the die. what I got was a very low stress around 0 !! where have I gone wrong ? there was no riadial pressure on the dies ! ?!

the material model for the workpiece is romberg-osgood (fyi)
