Hi,
you're lucky the contact options in CosmosWorks are really really basic if compared to other FE softwares ! ;-)
The best place to start is the Help file.
Please understand that your question is so large that it would be almost impossible to adequately reply here.
Have a look at the CosmosWorks manual, then repost here with more specific questions about some points you still don't understand. In other words: please "guide" us about exactly what gets you confused...
