Contact error

I cannot get the contact shown below to work, as you can see both contact arrows are facing outwards??? i tried switching the face normals and that didn't work

NX 10 advanced sim.

I am trying to show how i can remove the gravity sag/oval at the end of the tube by using the half moon shaped item to push on the inside of the tube
