Construction material offshore

Hi,

I am engineering a skid mounted nitrogen generator which shall be located offshore in the middle east.
The material of construction which is specified is BS7191 Grade 275D. This material has a too long deliverytime for this project. I am therefor looking for equivalent steels preferably in ASME or DIN codes. Who can help?
