Does anyone know what this config.pro command does?

draw_dynamic_move -it is a hidden cmd in 2001-
 
It's probably related to the option of moving views around in drawing mode...
 
If this command set to no. You have to move the view in the drawing use command view->move drawin command. If you set to yes. you can click the view and drag the view you want to go .(I'm a chinese , My english was very poor. If I have make some mistake pls corrected me.Ths).
