Cone in sheetmetel

Hello, I need to create a cone in sheetmetel so I can cut round holes through it in a flattened state. Anybody have a clue how?

Create the cone in solid mode. Leave a small flat area at the top. Shelf the cone and exclude the top and bottom surfaces. Create a cut thru all from the center outward to create a small cut on the cone. Convert the the part to sheet metal and select the long green edge as the area to remain flat. It should unbend and then you should have a sheet metal cone.
