Condition Monitoring KPIs for rotating equipments, Do you have them?

I reviewed the KPIs for condition Monitoring group in my company (Fertilizers company), but, I'm not convinced about any of them.

Do you have KPIs for your rotating equipments (Compressors, pumps.. etc) that you feel are indicative and reflect the performance of the condition Monitoring group?
