Concrete to Masonry Retaining Wall Joint

Does anyone have any advice on a concrete retaining wall butting up and in line with a masonry retaining wall detail?

im looking to seal the joint.

I would probably treat this the same as any joint in masonry for structural purposes. But to be any real help we will need more info. What extent are you sealing the joint? ie is this a building wall or a backyard RW. If it is to a building what is the building, ie carpark, office ect. All these have different allowable amounts of moisture control.

example if it was a computer sealed room, the joint deal would be a specialist item, with a water stop, heavy dowels across the joint, 40mm joint detail, backing plate with water expanding stops and some tanking to top it off, because these things have a 05 humidity requirement.
