concrete moment frame - continuous beams?

Hey all - I've got a single story bldg about 80'x60' w/ approx. 20' bays. It's all concrete columns and beams w/ concrete slab for roof. All the bays are concrete moment frames - in each direction.
Do I analyze the beams as continuous across 3 and 4 spans (each direction) even if they are going to hook into each column to transfer the moment?

Yes, they are continuous spans and will develop negative moments over the columns....especially because they hook into columns. Also, the columns should be designed for the moments that transfer from the beams into the columns.

Thanks for the quick response. I have another question -
I've designed the columns to take the moment but I don't know how to design the reinforcing of the transfer from beam to column.
Do the hooks need to be welded to the longitudinal members of the beam and/or column?

No.

Just continue the vertical and horizontal bars thru the column section. Watch the cover and clearance at the splice locations - could get crowded.

At the top story, bend the column bars into the top of the beams.

I agree with the answers given by JAE and Mike, but your questions make me suspicious that there are some precast members involved here. If it is all cast in place, ignore my post and just read theirs.
