Concrete deck to icf wall connection??

Looking at the pdf i have enclosed you can see that yes we are attempting something a little unorthodox.You will step up to the outside of this home. The detail shows the second floor observation deck (on the right) and the icf wall + interior concrete slab (on the left). i am looking for a answer about flashing. we are of course going to waterproof on top of the concrete but i am of the understanding that although the deck pan is not water proof it is in fact the last line of defense. The exterior deck is above the main living are of the home..Its so important to get this right!! let me know if any one can help i have plenty of pics!

Why not raise your cold joint by 2" to serve as a water intrusion barrier?

even if we did get a 2 inch curb there doesn't there still need to be flashing on top of the deck pan? i wanted to run the flashing over the deck and just on the inside of the foam block. Even if we were able to get a curb formed up there i kinda feel as though the concrete is going to crack right there at the metal deck as it goes into the the icf wall.. I will add another photo to show how we were going to use the blocks as forms and obtain curb all while still shooting for 1 pour..

here the card board is kinda where i was thinking the flashing would go? but only if necessary. I just really think that at the metal deck is where its going to crack for sure. the cold joint i hope to bond with some type of primmer or epoxy before we pour that next block.
