Concrete bin walls

Does anyone know of a design example of conrete bin walls with piles? I would like to see how to compute the forces on the pile?

If the concrete bin has a concrete base, then the pile loading would likely be approximately equal as the loads distribute from one loaded pile to the adjacent slightly less loaded pile. Lateral loads would also be of a similar magnitude if the bin was located above grade.
