Compressor map in excel as data.

I need a compressor map in tabulated data form in excel. I have compressor maps for various turbochargers, as a visual aid, and these are available on the internet. The problem is I am building a simulink model and I need either a relationship between Pr, Flow and RPM or data for a look-up table.

I am looking for preferrably an excel spreadsheet that has the flow rate vs RPM vs Pr data in a 2D table. The actual compressor is not important, i can scale it as needed, i am looking for the data points.
