Does anyone know where I could find a good design reference for composite slabs (ie concrete over top steel decking)?

The CSSBI and VicWest have design manuals for composite deck. The CSSBI pub is "Criteria for te Design of Composite Slabs" and the VicWest pub is "Hi-Bond Composite Floor Deck Design Manual". Both should be free.
