What would be a good way to composite coat SS piping to efectively make it more corrossive reistance and waht are the right materials for this application. We intend to use 316 ss piping and have some concernse about corrosion if buried by itself witout protection. Any sugestios welcomed.

Without knowing exactly what you are doing, there are heat shrink/hot melt products that are available. Basically you slide the heat shrink tube over the part and warm it up with a hot air gun. The sleeve shrinks and inside the sleeve is hot melt glue which melts at the same time and totally encapsulates the part; usually this system is to permanently protect high voltage buried electric cable.
