cool stuff I'll take a look at the smath file when I get on my home machine. Looks like you captured using the lower bound Section modulus which I see commonly missed. Any possibility of doing this using the plastic section modulus? Also if I followed the calc correctly you may want to note the assumption somewhere that the compression flange is fully braced.

I was thinking of the plastic section when I wrote it... I nearly always use plastic design... in this case because of the lack of symmetry the section may likely be a Class 2 section, for which Z is applicable.

Big part of the program is using dimension functions in CAD and using text override to put the subscripts into the variable names. Other than that the material, welding material, size of welds is all cut and paste from other stuff written...
