component of cost for pipeline construction

where i can find composition (percentage) or component of pipeline construction cost? (for ex. pipe, valve, fitting, labor, paint, corosion protection, instrumentation, etc.)

Use the Richardson estimating manual which will give you $ cost for installing a valve, bolt-ups, etc.

Or check Page's Piping Manhour Manual but you will have to add labor rates which include all direct and indirect costs.

All of the above assume that the contractor is already on site. Otherwise, you will have to add the cost of mobilization.
