Compass and ground visibility in CATIA P3 V5-6R2015

Hello everybody
I have installed CATIA P3 V5-6R2015. every time that I start a new session I need to activate compass from menu in view section. also the background ground bothers me in design process so I have to deactivate ground in each session from menu in view section. Is there any solution to this problem to do them permanently? or maybe this is not a suitable version and I have to reinstall the previous version.

If there is no need to use P3, go to the Tools + Options and change the interface to P2
